Evaluation

• Speech & Language Evaluation - $615

• Feeding/Swallowing Evaluation - $615

• Speech/Articulation Evaluation - $615

• Comprehensive (Speech/Feeding/Language) Evaluation - $1025

Payment is due at time of service via cash, check or credit card. We are very sorry, but cannot accept insurance at this time. We are, however, happy to provide a superbill that you can use to submit for reimbursement.

Travel Fee will apply for in-person services greater than 15 minutes from San Carlos City Center. Travel fees will be $205/hr round trip, with 30 minutes deducted from the billable time.

Treatment

• 30 min session - $135

• 45 min session - $170

• 60 min session - $205

• Each additional 15 minutes - $52

• Initial session (new client with outside evaluation) - $205 plus session fee
